Pineapple Salsa


Brighten up your dreary winter days with this sweet and spicy salsa. Perfect to freshen up some grilled meat or fish.

If you fancy a barbecue at this time of year then by all means feel free, but for the next few months you might just want to stick to the griddle pan. Serve this up with chicken kebabs (a recipe soon to follow) and you'll bring some pineapple cheer to your lives this winter.

Ingredients:

- 1 Pineapple

- 1 beef Tomato

- 1/2 Red onion

- 1/2 Green chilli

- Olive oil

 

Prep Time: 5-10 minutes

Cooking time: N/A

Serves: 4

 

Method:

1). Dice pineapple, tomato, red onion and green chilli into a bowl.

2). Drizzle olive oil over, season with salt and serve (preferably in pineapple halves).
